Accessibility at AGR Networks
Our commitment to inclusive experiences
We want every visitor to access our website, products, and services without barriers. This statement outlines the accessibility standards we follow, how we test our experiences, and how you can reach us if you need assistance.
Standards we follow
AGR Networks aims to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We design, build, and review our digital experiences with accessibility in mind, including:
- Providing alternative text for imagery and informative graphics.
- Maintaining descriptive labels for form inputs and interactive components.
- Ensuring sufficient colour contrast and scalable typography.
- Testing keyboard navigation and logical tab order across key workflows.
- Using semantic markup to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
Ongoing testing and improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We combine automated scans with manual evaluations by our design, engineering, and quality teams. Our release checklist includes accessibility verification, and we address reported issues with priority.
When substantial updates are made to the site, we revisit key user journeys (navigation, forms, resource downloads) to ensure the experience remains accessible.
Request assistance or alternative formats
If you encounter a barrier or need content provided in another format (for example, accessible PDF, large print, or plain text), please let us know. We will respond within one (1) business day and prioritise a suitable alternative.
Feedback and escalation
We value your feedback. If you discover an accessibility issue or have suggestions that will help us improve, please contact us using the details above.
If your request is urgent or requires escalation, ask for the Accessibility Coordinator or email help@agrnetworks.com. We will acknowledge your message and let you know the next steps.
Future updates
Our accessibility roadmap includes periodic audits, training for project teams, and adopting emerging best practices. This statement was last updated in October 2025 and will be reviewed at least annually.
